GET FIT FOR FOGIES (4)
F.O.G.I.E.S. = Forgetful Old Girls In search of Energy and Strength
The idea with this exercise is to work the leg until you have reached the limit of your strength. Then change legs and do the same with the other one.
After I had completed my 7 minute workout I enjoyed relaxing in front of our log fire, with a nice cup of tea.
With all the depression about the Greek government at the moment, I have been searching for something jolly to report. It is very difficult! Tomorrow I will find joy for sure, it is cello lesson day. Hoorah!
