How to Handle the Financial Crisis in Greece

I noticed that David has done an interesting blog post about the financial crisis in Greece. If you would like to check it out, here is the link: http://en.teamtissa.com/zatk

I am new to internet marketing, but since I started to think prosperity, all sorts of opportunities have jumped in my path. And it is so easy. David, of course has been working with the Empowerment team for some time, so I have a bit of catching up to do, but watch this space.

Meanwhile, in Vrahassi, the sun is shining, and the new restaurant is open. We went there yesterday, had a cool beer and little plates of Cretan food: fava, tzatziki, stuffed vine leaves, little fishes, it was lovely. And today we are heading for the seaside. Greece may be in crisis, but there are still ways to make money.

GRAPE SPOON SWEET PRESERVE

So, there's no chocolate in the house, let me see, grapes, they are good for my diet. How abou this 'grapey' recipe? Hm, just a mo while I beg a bunch of roses from my neighbour. All I can say is, it must be the full moon that's driving me crazy! Better just drink the cup of water and get to bed before I attack the buscuit tin. It was a nice thought though. Exercise day tomorrow.

INGREDIENTS
1 kilo grapes, washed and without stems
½ kilo sugar
1 cup water
A couple of pelargonium rose flowers/leaves
5-6 cloves
1 cinnamon stick

PREPARATION
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan to boil on a low fire. As soon as it boils remove all foamy scum. Cook it on the fire until it picks up some colour and the syrup thickens. Afterwards remove flowers/leaves and store preserve in jars.

JANE EATS SNAILS IN CRETE!

You can't beat a bit of local food when you are out and about, though I have to admit that snails are not the tastiest of fodder. Given the choice I would much prefere a nice, big, juicy steak, but times are hard!
